Frankie Wright Bennett ‘77
Retired Educator
Frankie Wright Bennett, Class of 1977, is a dedicated educator and lifelong learner whose career reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence and student success. She earned her Master of Education and National Board Certification from Winthrop University in 1981 and 1984, respectively, and went on to serve in education for 35 years. Her tenure included 25 years in the classroom followed by 10 years as a curriculum coordinator, where she supported instructional quality, guided educators, and helped shape meaningful learning experiences for students and teachers alike.
Now retired, Frankie continues to make a positive impact through her service and leadership in the community. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves as treasurer of the Stellie Jackson Enrichment Center, roles that reflect her ongoing dedication to service, mentorship, and empowerment.
Yolanda L. Cobb ‘ 92

Yolanda L. Cobb, Class of 1992, is a dedicated professional whose career reflects a strong commitment to education, leadership, and student support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, credentials that have guided her work across both traditional educational settings and the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She currently serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Positive Behavior Supports Corp., where she applies her expertise to help individuals develop essential skills and reach their fullest potential.
In addition to her professional work, Yolanda remains actively engaged in service through her involvement with Beyond the Walls Ministries. Her passion for uplifting others—both academically and personally—demonstrates her enduring dedication to strengthening her community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
Kenda Price Cook
Retired Educator
Kenda Price Cook, Class of 1987, is a respected educational leader whose career reflects a deep and lasting commitment to students, schools, and community. She earned both her Bachelor of Science from Winthrop College and her Master of Education from Winthrop University. Over the course of her career, Kenda served as a Physical Education and Health teacher for students in grades PK–8, a junior high basketball coach, Assistant Principal at Bethel Elementary and Griggs Road Elementary, and ultimately as Principal of Griggs Road Elementary.
Kenda continues to demonstrate her deep commitment to public education through her service on the Clover School Board. Drawing on decades of experience she brings valuable insight and steady leadership to board decisions that impact students, staff, and families across the district. Her firsthand understanding of classroom instruction and school administration allows her to approach governance with both practical knowledge and a student-centered perspective. Her leadership on the board and with the Alumni Association reflects a lifelong investment in the success and well-being of the district she proudly calls home.
Jessica Parker Harris ‘99
Special Education Teacher, Oakridge Middle School
Jessica Parker Harris, Class of 1999, is a devoted educator whose career reflects a deep commitment to supporting students and fostering inclusive learning environments. She serves as a Special Education Teacher at Oakridge Middle School, where she works to ensure that every student receives the guidance, encouragement, and individualized support needed to succeed academically and personally. Her dedication to student growth is rooted in both compassion and professional expertise, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the young people she teaches.
Jessica pursued her higher education at Winthrop University and the University of South Carolina, experiences that helped shape her strong foundation in educational practice and student advocacy. She remains passionate about empowering learners of all abilities and continues to model the lasting impact that caring, committed educators can have on their schools and communities.
Greg Holmes ‘91
Community Leader
Greg Holmes is a dedicated community leader whose longstanding service has helped shape and strengthen the Clover area. He has held several key leadership roles, including serving as President of the Greater Clover Chamber of Commerce, Mayor of the Town of Clover, and Recreation Director for the Town of Clover. Through each position, Greg demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement, community development, and creating opportunities that enhance quality of life for residents.
He studied paralegal studies at King’s College, adding to the practical knowledge and organizational skills that have supported his professional and civic work. In addition to his leadership experience, Greg continues to give back through volunteer service with the United Men’s Club of Clover, reflecting his ongoing dedication to supporting community initiatives and fostering a spirit of service.
Brandi Feemster Jackson ‘03
Registered Nurse, Caromont Regional Medical Center
Brandi Feemster Jackson ’03 is a compassionate healthcare professional whose diverse career journey reflects both creativity and a deep commitment to serving others. She currently works as a Registered Nurse at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, bringing dedication, clinical skill, and empathy to her patients each day. Brandi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through studies at Duke University and Queens University, completing her degrees in 2007 and 2024, respectively—an accomplishment that highlights her determination and passion for lifelong learning.
Before entering the medical field, Brandi spent 15 years as a filmmaker, developing strong storytelling, communication, and problem-solving skills that continue to enrich her work today. Her unique professional path demonstrates adaptability, perseverance, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact, both through creative expression and compassionate care.
Robin Bailes Killian ’78
Teacher, Bethany Elementary School
Robin Bailes Killian, Class of 1978, has devoted her career to advancing literacy and supporting student success within the Clover School District. A graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science degree, she later earned her Master of Education from Columbia College. For 29 years, Robin has faithfully served the district, bringing knowledge, experience, and a steady commitment to excellence in education.
Currently serving as a Literacy Coach at Bethany Elementary School, Robin works closely with teachers and students to strengthen reading instruction and promote strong academic foundations. Her decades of service reflect not only professional expertise, but also a genuine passion for helping young learners grow in confidence and achievement.
Dr. Quentin McGill ‘00
School Counselor, Clover High School
Quentin McGill, Class of 2000, is a dedicated educational leader and student advocate who serves as a School Counselor at Clover High School. Since joining the Clover School District in 2010, he has been committed to guiding students toward academic success, personal growth, and future readiness. Prior to returning to Clover, Quentin taught middle school for three years in Gaston County Schools, where he developed a strong foundation in classroom instruction and student support that continues to inform his work today.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Winthrop University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership Studies from the University of the Cumberlands. His extensive educational background, combined with years of hands-on experience, reflects a passion for empowering young people and strengthening the school community he proudly serves.
Julie Vinson Moser ‘86
Teacher, Bethany Elementary School
Julie Vinson Moser, Class of 1986, is a dedicated educator who has devoted her career to nurturing young learners and building strong academic foundations. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop University and serves as a third grade teacher, where she is known for her patience, encouragement, and commitment to helping each student grow in confidence and ability. Her work reflects a genuine passion for education and a belief in the importance of guiding children during their formative years.
In addition to her role in the classroom, Julie is actively involved with First Baptist Church, where she contributes her time and talents in service to others. Through both her professional and community involvement, she exemplifies a spirit of care, faith, and dedication that continues to positively influence those around her.

Kristen Funderburk Mullinax ’93 serves as a Branch Office Administrator with Edward Jones, where she provides administrative and client service support that helps ensure efficient operations and a high standard of professionalism. Her career reflects a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship management, supported by her FPQP designation. Kristen’s professional experience also includes owning and operating family businesses and managing homeowners associations for six years, where she developed practical leadership skills and a solid understanding of operational and financial oversight. She is a graduate of Clover High School and continued her education at York Technical College.
Deeply committed to her community, Kristen is actively involved with the Lake Wylie Classic, an organization dedicated to raising funds for Shriners Hospitals for Children in Greenville, South Carolina. She values opportunities to support initiatives that strengthen and serve others. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Kristen enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and gathering with family and friends. She and her husband live in Clover and have children and three grandchildren.
Gail McCarter West, Class of 1975, is a devoted educator and community servant whose lifelong commitment to Clover schools and families spans more than four decades. A 1979 graduate of Winthrop College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education/Office Occupation, she dedicated 42 years to education. Her career included teaching for two years at Sullivan Junior High, 25 years at Clover Junior High, four years as a teacher and South Carolina Counselor for Virtual School through Adult Education, and 13 years as front desk secretary at Clover High School. Throughout her career, Gail was known for her steady leadership, strong work ethic, and genuine care for students and colleagues alike.
Beyond her professional service, Gail has remained deeply involved in her community. She sang in the Bethel Church choir for 13 years, supported local schools through PTO involvement while raising her three sons, and provided home care for elderly individuals, serving three families over five years. She has also shared her love of teaching as a swim instructor at the Lake Wylie YMCA and through private lessons for 17 years, continuing seasonal instruction today. Currently, she works part-time as a caterer with Jackson’s Kitchen in Clover while also caring daily for her mother. Gail’s active lifestyle reflects her enduring dedication to service, family, and community.
